They have nine roasts and show you their acidity, bitterness and richness as well as their flavours with this table.
When asked, the staff will also let you know which coffee matches well with your choice of cake or sandwich, and vice versa.

Background: a medium cup of coffee number 4, accompanying tuna and caper toasted sandwiches.
