Cupping Room in Hong Kong roast their own coffee beans which are used in their cafes as well as other coffee shops and eateries.
For brunch at their cafe in Wan Chai, we had flat whites, Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, avocado on toast with a poached egg, and home-cured salmon with a poached egg on toast.
All came out very well presented. It was an interesting feeling, given the more rugged surroundings of the street.

It was good! Because they use sourdough bread, it’s quite filling.
I recommend you try some of their dishes.
