#179: Okaffe

It was so difficult to find on the map that I actually had to call the owner to figure out where the entrance was.

A lovely little Japanese garden to look out on.

The owner Mr. Akihiro Okada, a.k.a. the Baristar, making two Vienna coffees.

A cup of the Dandy Blend and a cappuccino.

Lamb patty burger.

Chicken salad.

The Party Blend, custard pudding, dorayaki (a traditional Japanese pancake sandwich with sweet red bean paste “anko” inside).

“Zundamochi baum” – their baumkuchen with cream and sweetened edamame and broad bean paste.

A canele in the far back, a mackerel rillettes and egg sandwich on the right, and a rice cream puff with caramel cream in the front.

#175: W/O STAND SHINSAIBASHI

W/O STAND’s branch in Shinsaibashi.

Written “W/O STAND” and read as “double oh stand” (which is also how it’s written in Japanese phonetics).
Their social media IDs are written as “with_out_stand”, but according to the answer I got to my inquiry, the former is the official way to read it.

Iced latte.
